REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: ParaSeal complies with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and its amendments promulgated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States of America, 21 CFR parts 170 to 189 and may come in contact with food. For the purposes of its formulation, ParaSeal also contains substances considered GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe Substances) according to FDA regulation 21 CRF.
ParaSeal is an Active Material that can come in contact with food without any restriction as established in Regulation (EU) N ° 10/2011 and its amendment with Regulation (EU) 2016/1416 and the article 3, article 11, section5, article 15 and article17 of the Regulation (CE) N ° 1935/2004. The ParaSeal production process has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006. Additionally, NONE of its ingredients are listed as SVHC by ECHA (Art. 59 REACH Regulation).
